“ My order always comes out perfect. Food is delicious and authentic. My go to spot for pick up Mexican food. ”
“ Wonderful food!!! The staff was great and we were served quickly. Best Chili Rellenos in town. Enchiladas were wonderful. We will be back soon ”
“ My bby and I always wanted to see what's the hype about La piñata. We can to this little hole in the wall one lol. So cute and adorable, it's to small. They do not serve hard alcohol like the other places just beer. We got our food and it was pretty good. I definitely loved the service at this restaurant and the food was hitting. I was impressed and now I'm curious about the other locations and definitely will try them out! ”
“ First time here, we came because there was menudo on the menu and I ordered a pozole. I really enjoyed the pozole flavor, la carne y los condimentos. Complimentary chips and salsa is always the best- the salsa was a nice smoky salsa roja, I'd totally buy if it they sold it. Great service and fresh food overall. Loved the establishment, very decorative and cute even when it was a rainy day in Hayward. Vibrant energy. We sat right by the window overlooking the street so great lighting! ”
“ Great service and overall good food!!! First time coming here and ordered the combo of a chicken enchilada and two crispy shrimp tacos. My friend ordered two chicken enchiladas and one carnitas soft taco. I loved that they make their own chips and salsa! The horchata was very refreshing with a hint of cinnamon! My deduction of one star was for the shrimp tacos. The tacos only had the small shrimp and a lot of diced tomatoes. It did not look like the picture with the sauce and battered shrimp with the works. It could have been that it was my error as well and should have pointed at the picture. I felt I can scoop some shrimp and tomatoes into a shell myself is how simple it looked. I will come back as the enchilada I had was very good. ”
“ This is pur GO TO mexican restaurant in hayward! The food is always always on point! The service is great and fast. Its small and quaint and i love the vibe. Everything feels very authentic there. The restaurant is a little bit small so there is a wait sometimes but thats because its so good. With the wait i promise. ”
“ Was bummed there wasn't a full bar but had some beer type my friend said was a Michelada. It was good, I usually don't enjoy spicy but to me it was a bit spicy and I still liked it. Most people wouldn't think what I thought that it was spicy but I'll say you would definitely need to try it if you haven't yet. I believe this is the first location. I've been to the San Leandro one which is a lot bigger with more bar drinks to offer. I always need steak fries when I'm in the Bay so I had to get it. Both me and my friend weren't able to finish our food so we put them in to go boxes for the next day. I parked on the street but there is a parking lot for guest behind the restaurant. For a small location it's pretty colorful and inviting. Their bathroom was clean so definitely a good sign eating here because they can keep the place clean. I would recommend this place as a cute hangout for a small group of 4 food portions seems big so I'd share but you would probably want the left overs to yourself later anyways. ”
